We are conducting planned maintenance on August 26th, 2026.

Time: 9:00 PM ET
Duration: 3 Hours
Impact: Replication to DataSignals Cloud and Lake will be delayed for approximately 30 minutes during this event. Data will be backfilled upon completion, and no other impact to tables or records is expected. All other Yes Energy products will remain in operation during this time.

We are conducting planned security maintenance on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Time: 8:00 PM EPT
Duration: 1 Hour
Impact: There is no expected product downtime, but DataSignals API, PowerSignals, Submissions Services and QuickSignals users may be unable to access the product or run API calls for up to 10 minutes during the maintenance period. All other Yes Energy products will remain in operation during this time.

Expected customer impact: Nearly all customers will experience a period of downtime which the servers are restarted and services are restarted. The exceptions are front office customers who are using Azure SQL. 

Impact duration: The maintenance window is scheduled for 3 hours, but often runs late for some customers due to poor Microsoft updates and slow server performance.

We are conducting system patching on July 14th, 2026.

Time: 7:00 PM EPT
Duration: 1 Hour
Impact: This patch will address an issue experienced by some MFA-secured accounts when using multiple Yes Energy browser tabs. There is no expected user impact and our teams will remain online to monitor successful deployment.

Duration: 2 Hours
Impact: DataSignals Cloud will experience sporadic delays in replication during this maintenance window. Data be fully synchronized once maintenance has completed. All other Yes Energy products will remain in operation during this time.
