Expected customer impact: Nearly all customers will experience a period of downtime which the servers are restarted and services are restarted. The exceptions are front office customers who are using Azure SQL.
Impact duration: The maintenance window is scheduled for 3 hours, but often runs late for some customers due to poor Microsoft updates and slow server performance.
